In that true?
At first blush, as a man, I've gotta point out that I don't know beans about the origins of Gang Guan Wu, nor wether it yields benefits for people in terms of body-building. Likewise, I have to own up that I have seen an addle-pated 钢管舞 girl from Taiwan dance like mad on the Web. On the other hand, I don't think there is anything asethetic about this dance, and this dance does emit something as erotic and carnal, particularly when dancers deck out in hot pants.
Most important, in current America, only strip clubs provide this service, not a popular fitness program or an excercise as that coach suggests.
